The Challenge: Quest Edition

Not another camp. Not another class. This is something you'll remember forever. Build something that matters. Alongside people you choose. Take on a Quest for the ages.

You don't sign up for The Quest. You step into it. Forge your crew. Bring your idea to life. Create something real. Go on an adventure.

(1)Build your Crew: Grab four friends (ages 15 through 19) ready to go all in — no crew, no Quest.

(2)Kick Off: No application. Show up at “Day Zero” with your crew and complete your first real-world mission. Laughter and meaning go together to kick off the quest.

(3)Accelerate: Get funding and a mentor, along with tools you didn’t know you needed and twists you didn’t see coming. Ready?

(4)Finish Strong: Succeed, and you’ll each drop a 90-second Full Send video and unlock the Final Gate.

20 Crews in 3 Cities

20 crews, each made up of 5 young people, are in the middle of the Quest right now. They’re based in three hubs: Denver, Houston, and New York City.

The Quest kicked off with what we call Day Zero. In NYC, crews gathered for an epic citywide scavenger hunt. To begin to enter the Quest, they had to complete a series of challenges and cross the final threshold — right in the middle of Grand Central Terminal.

What They’re Building

Everyone is Pursuing a Passion Project

Each young person in the Quest is working on their own passion project — from 3D modeling to gardening to animation, and more. We gave them funding, crew building materials, and 10 weeks to bring their ideas to life.

A few weeks in, they submitted video updates to show their progress. We call these First Drops. Check them out!
